Abbey Court Apartments is currently under extensive renovation with progress underway. The major renovation projects at Abbey Court Apts include these exterior projects: new roofing, new siding, new windows and patio doors, new pavement throughout the community, a new pool, and a new sign package. Common area renovations will include a complete remodel of the clubhouse with addition of a fitness center, business center with coffee bar and flat screen TV, and a Wii gaming area. In addition, all common hallways will be redecorated and some unit interiors will be renovated with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and flooring.
